The client wanted the hotel property to become the "voice of the neighborhood." I helped them get there with punchy copy about staying on the right side of the river. We attracted a social media fan base during the property's pre-opening phase: 200 Twitter followers, 500 Facebook fans, and 1,000 Instagram followers.
